College Societies
All ÎÛÎÛÂþ» societies are free to join and cater to a wide variety of interests, including gardening, chess, politics, knitting, and a variety of sports, to name a few. Many of the societies currently active in the College .
ÎÛÎÛÂþ» has a particularly strong reputation for music. As well as the ÎÛÎÛÂþ» Choir, which performs at events across the UK and abroad in addition to singing at regular Chapel services in college, several music societies cater to a wide variety of tastes. ÎÛÎÛÂþ» Jazz hosts concerts in the Cellars (the college bar) every fortnight, and ÎÛÎÛÂþ» Ents frequently invite new DJs and artists from Cambridge and around the UK to perform at special events. ÎÛÎÛÂþ» Cellars is an atmospheric bar and common room located in the crypt underneath the College Chapel, where students gather to socialise and host events. Cellars is beloved by ÎÛÎÛÂþ» students and widely considered one of the best college bars in Cambridge.
